1. Services Provided
SodLi provides professional landscaping services including sod installation, sod repair and patching, sod replacement, turf installation, delivery, mulch, topsoil, and other related landscaping services. Our services are available to both residential and commercial clients in the Long Island area.
2. Service Agreement
By requesting any of our services, you agree to enter into a service agreement with SodLi. This agreement will outline the specifics of the project, including scope, timeline, and pricing. Any changes or cancellations to the agreement must be made in writing and are subject to approval.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. A deposit may be required for larger projects, which will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Our team will work with you to schedule an installation or service date that fits your needs. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing access to the work area and ensuring the area is clear of obstacles before our team arrives. If any unforeseen issues arise during the project (e.g., hidden underground utilities, inaccessible areas), additional charges may apply. You must notify us of any issues before the project begins.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
SodLi offers a limited warranty on sod installations. This warranty covers defects in sod material and installation errors but does not cover damage due to environmental factors, improper care, or neglect. Specific warranty details will be outlined in your service agreement.
7. Property Damage
While we take every precaution to avoid damage to your property, SodLi is not responsible for any damage to structures, utilities, or landscaping elements not directly related to the scope of the project. Please notify us of any specific concerns before work begins.
8. Customer Satisfaction
We strive to provide the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss any concerns. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
SodLi respects your privacy. Any personal information provided to us during service requests will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your request and improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for service provision.
10. Limitation of Liability
SodLi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of business, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
12. Amendments
SodLi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective as soon as they are published.
